I have always been fit physically and try very hard to balance well what I put in my body as food and medication, supplements; as a woman turning 46 coming with several hormones issues and I figured out that, pilates and GYM was not doing anything for me inside out- I would look good outside and would not get anything inside and spiritual and balance. I several times faced things I could not handle on my own, stress, panic, restless, lacking of sleep, bad insomnia and panic attack symptoms... I didn’t want to take all the heavy medications prescribed. I went to Stellar Power Yoga in one Friday night for a Deep stretch Yin and that was all I ever needed- my first month I done 17 classes. Yoga has worked my inside out, has giving me the emotional, mentally and spiritual balance my body was missing. What I get from Hot yoga, I had never got from any other workout!

I am a 44-year-old woman with PCOS. The medical community considers me morbidly obese, but I am living proof that you can enjoy this practice at any size. I was introduces to hot yoga when I lived in NC by Miriam. She had no clue then, but I loved the classes and my body felt awesome after attending.
During my travels from NC, I relocate to Atlanta by way of Phoenix. These classes have helped me to reduce the stress causes by my job, caring for ill family members, and adjusting to life in a new city.
Some major benefits that I have enjoyed are less stiffness in my joints. I find that my body is becoming more flexible and my core is much stronger. Every class I have taken the instructor always has a modification to the poses for those that need it.
I found the instructors to have a positive attitude, which contributes to making sure the experience is enjoyable. This is a great place for beginners as well as those that are experienced in the practice.

Brooke's class is amazing. She is a strong and powerful presence in the studio that will push you to your limits while also laughing and loving every minute of it. Miriam is the yoga goddess everyone needs in their life. Her warmth and energy are like a big constant hug as she guides you through her creative yoga flows. Her encouraging words at the conclusion of class are always poignant and resonate with me for the rest of my day.
Christie's yoga/pilates fusion class is such a great combination of traditional yoga postures with the killer isolated muscle work in pilates. She not only guides you flawlessly though the poses, but also does them alongside you to model. Your entire body is engaged at some point throughout the class and you get to end with a calming savasana and enjoy all the hard work you have put in throughout the hour.

Today was the third time I have practiced with Jess Blowers and she is amazing! Her voice is like listening to a guided meditation which is a gift.
Jess gives you options and always challenges you. I have practiced at many studios and by far this is one of the best as well as Jess is one of the best!

I have had the privilege of attending yoga classes taught by Miriam for a year now and could not recommend her more. This past year in particular has been very stressful for me with my job. I work long hours and travel often so every yoga session is a much needed retreat for me when I feel like I’m drowning in in stress. Miriam has helped me physically and I’ve seen my body improve almost every session by encouragement and instruction for our poses. I feel stronger and more flexible. However, I’m most thankful for how much Miriam has helped me emotionally. Each session Miriam shares encouragement, wisdom and heartfelt messages to the students throughout the class. There have been multiple times that she’s almost brought me to tears. I always leave her classes in a blissed out state of calmness and confidence. These feelings often carry me throughout the week and her lessons remind me to breathe deeply and to let go of anything holding me back. I am elated that Miriam has opened a studio and cannot wait to have access to more yoga classes taught by her each week.
